1)What kind of business do you have? What inspired you to become an Entrepreneur business owner?

I run laundry & dry cleaning service. Also carpet cleaning service.

Inspired to become entrepreneur after I read Rich Dad Poor Dad book.

2)Did you need to have a certain mindset to achieve success?

I have to learn new things every day.

3)Have you noticed certain advantages to being an entrepreneur business owner?

Yes, I can have several income at one time. Just need strive and upgrade my skills.

4)Is it difficult to get financing for businesses? If so why and are there any solutions?

Since I need to have some amount of money to buy laundry machines, I applied loan from PUNB and several banks, but was rejected. Alhamdulillah, MARA helped me.

5)Did you have a mentor to help you get started?

My first mentor is my dad, then I looked for many other mentors like Norhayati Basri, Sahar Sahad, Hasbul Brothers and Abg Abu.

6)Approximately how much money did you invest before your business became profitable?

I started with my own savings around rm7k, and loans from MARA rm40k

7)What resources were most helpful to you when you were starting your business?

My family, and a lot of business courses I have attended from INSKEN, MARA and from my mentors.

8)What ways have you found to be most effective in marketing your product or service to get sales?

From blog, website, google my business, google ads, fb page.

9)What tips can you give others who want to embrace their dream but, don’t have the confidence or feel they don’t have what it takes to succeed?

Find your positive circle to gain your own passion to strive.

10)How do you manage juggling the responsibilities of being a entrepreneur?

Being discipline and manage my time wisely. Or else, I will lose it.

11)What’s next for you?

I want to have several branch of laundry outlet. Have a stable passif income so I can retire and doing charity work peacefully.
